| A group for 7th and 8th Grade Girls – It sounds like the headline from a teen magazine! I mean, why would God care about how you feel about your hair? Well, He doesn't necessarily care about your hair, but He cares a lot about how you feel and act. If you get into what God says in the Bible, you can learn to be like a star and feel like every day is the best hair day of your life. In this study, we will discuss the following, 1) Having a bad day, but still be happy 2) Becoming a star 3) It's okay to be a copycat (If you're copying the right one) 4) Discovering joy, True Joy. | ||||

Come having thought about some of the questions that you might have thought about at some point in time; the things that you wonder about, that keep you up late at night, or just questions that you want answered. | All high school girls are invited to join us for a "soul-surfing" experience with God! We will discover a life filled with joy, courage, and unwavering faith through the incredible example of teen surfer Bethany Hamilton. Together we will be challenged to gain a greater perspective on life and to trust the God who loves us and promises to work all things together for good according to His purposes, to not give up when things are tough, to reach out to others with God’s love, and to passionately embrace God’s dream for your life. | ||||
